It’s finally back. Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne reprise their roles as Rycroft and Vignette in this magical steampunk fantasy about a human detective (Bloom) and a fairy who rekindle a dangerous affair in a place where the city’s corruption unravel’s an unimaginable monster. Premieres Friday, 2/17.

What’s New To Stream On MGM+? - Three Thousand Years of Longing

Tilda Swinton stars in this film about a lonely scholar who on a trip to Istanbul discover a Djinn who offers her three wishes in exchange for his freedom. Now Streaming (also on Amazon Prime). 

What’s New To Stream On STARZ? - The Holly 

A documentary about a gentrifying community in Denver where a shooting case involving an activist becomes a window into the political machine of urban development and the city’s gang activity. Now Streaming. 

What’s New To Stream On Showtime? - The 12th Victim

This fascinating docuseries that sheds new light on the 1958 infamous case involving Charles Starkweather and Caril Ann Fugate murder case in which a teenage couple was charged with brutally killing 11 victims. The first ever serial killers to appear on television. Premieres Friday 2/17. 

What’s New To Stream On AMC+? - Four Samosas

A romantic action-comedy about a South Asian American rapper, along with three other first time thieves, plans a heist on a grocery store owned by his ex-girlfriend’s father, in order to steal her wedding diamonds and foil her engagement. Premieres Friday, 2/17.

What’s New To Stream On HBO Max? - Poor Devil Max: Season 1 Premiere

A typical 18-year old who happens to be the Antichrist is sent by his father to Earth to cause disaster, but he has other plans for his life. Premieres Friday, 2/17.

What’s New To Stream On Disney+? - Dian Fossey: Secrets in the Mist

Not new, but this 2017 docuseries is premiering on NatGeo via Disney+ and tells the story of Dian Fossey, a scientist who fought to protect the vanishing African mountain gorillas, and found brutally murdered in 1985. Features appearances by Sigourney Weaver who played Fossey in the film Gorillas in the Mist.

I love short films and wish more people would give them a try or more importantly streamers would give them more love. 

Oscar Buzz: Watch ‘Stranger at the Gate’ - Best Documentary Short Film - 29 min

This is one of those stories where you know absolutely where this is going to go, totally predictable because you’ve seen it played out on the news time and time again HOWEVER, this short takes a turn and it took me completely by surprise. Pam tries very hard to lose her virginity and always searches for “the one”. She’s not alone, her best friends are right there with her.
